1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the leonbet platform — whether via web browser, mobile browser, or any other interface through which the platform may be made available — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the leonbet platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of leonbet regardless of the product being used — the sportsbook, the live casino, the slots lobby, Andar Bahar, Spirit Party, or any other product available through the platform. References to "the platform", "leonbet", "we", "us", or "our" throughout this document refer to the operator of the leonbet website and its associated services. References to "you", "the player", or "the user" refer to the individual accessing or using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with leonbet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and leonbet.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to leonbet and the ability to register an account, make deposits, place wagers, and claim promotions is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. leonbet does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity when using the platform. Each account must represent a single natural person acting in their own capacity.
• You must not be a professional player, agent, or consultant acting in a commercial capacity to exploit the platform's odds, promotions, or game mechanics for systematic financial gain beyond ordinary recreational betting.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from leonbet or any affiliated platform.

leonbet reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during the lifecycle of an account. Acceptable identity documents for age verification include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Accounts where age verification cannot be confirmed within the requested timeframe will be suspended. Where an account is found to have been registered or used by an individual under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all funds will be frozen pending review, and winnings will be forfeited in their entirety.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To use leonbet's real-money betting and casino products, you must register an account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address, and Bangladesh mobile number. You agree that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and complete.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one leonbet account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where multiple accounts are identified, leonbet will merge or close the duplicate accounts, withhold any bonus funds or associated winnings accrued on the duplicate accounts, and may suspend the primary account pending review.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. If you believe that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify leonbet support immediately via live chat or by emailing support@leonbet. leonbet will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to an account where the account holder has failed to maintain reasonable credential security.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

leonbet is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. You will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process: a copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport (for proof of identity and age), and a bank statement or mobile wallet screenshot (for proof of payment method ownership). Document review is typically completed within one to three business days. Failure to submit requested KYC documents within 30 days of the request may result in account restriction.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All monetary transactions on leonbet — deposits and withdrawals — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary by transaction type and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though large deposits may trigger additional verification requirements under leonbet's anti-money laundering procedures. Deposits via bKash and Nagad typically credit to your leonbet account balance within minutes. Card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your issuing bank's processing time. leonbet does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. leonbet does not issue withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times for withdrawals are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours on standard business days; card withdrawals may take two to five business days depending on the issuing bank. During peak periods — including BPL finals, ICC tournament match days, and major Eid holidays — withdrawal processing may take slightly longer than standard.

4.3 Funds Security

Player funds deposited into leonbet accounts are held separately from the operator's operational funds. This segregation means that your deposited balance is protected independently of leonbet's day-to-day financial operations.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

All bets and wagers placed on leonbet are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, Andar Bahar, Spirit Party, and any other game or market available on the platform. General rules applicable across all products are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player after confirmation, except where an explicit cash-out feature is offered and exercised before the qualifying event concludes.
• leonbet reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds or markets that were published in error. In such cases the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or connectivity failure during an active bet or casino session, leonbet will use all reasonable means to reconstruct the state of the session and resolve the outcome fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all products and markets. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted for individual accounts at leonbet's discretion, particularly in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• All RNG-based casino games on leonbet use independently tested random number generators. Outcome results are statistically random and cannot be manipulated by the player or the platform.
• Live dealer games are subject to the house rules of the specific game provider (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live, etc.) in addition to leonbet's general terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

leonbet offers various bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution schedule is detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been withdrawn by the expiry date will be forfeited without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Abuse Prevention: leonbet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, reverse any associated winnings, and suspend an account where bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear requirements without genuine play — is detected.
• Jurisdiction Restrictions: Certain promotions may be unavailable to players based in specific regions. Promotion eligibility is confirmed at the point of opt-in.

leonbet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated on the platform and take effect immediately upon publication.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using leonbet, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or ongoing account management.
• Creating or operating more than one leonbet account, whether under the same or different identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any other non-human interface to interact with the leonbet platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting — placing offsetting bets across multiple platforms or accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome — in a systematic or commercial manner.
• Exploiting errors in the platform including incorrectly displayed odds, technical glitches, or software errors. Where a player knowingly exploits an error, leonbet reserves the right to void all bets placed during the error period and recover any gains.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing leonbet support staff or other users in any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to leonbet's systems, data, or other users' accounts.
• Reselling, sub-licensing, or commercially exploiting any leonbet product, content, or promotional offer.

leonbet actively monitors account activity for all of the above prohibited conduct. Accounts found in violation will be suspended and the case reviewed by the compliance team. leonbet reserves the right to close accounts, withhold balances pending investigation, and refer matters to the relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

leonbet may suspend or close a player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Identification of underage account use.
• At the player's own request — including for self-exclusion purposes (see our Responsible Gaming page for details).
• Dormancy — accounts with no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant and subject to an inactivity fee or closure, with prior notice sent to the registered email address.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of terms (e.g., self-exclusion or player request), any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, leonbet reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. The outcome of the investigation will determine whether the balance — or any portion of it — is returned to the player.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the leonbet platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game content, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of leonbet or its licensed third-party providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe). All rights are reserved.

You may access and view leonbet content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any leonbet content without the express prior written consent of leonbet. Scraping, data mining, or using automated tools to extract content or data from the platform is strictly prohibited.

The "leonbet" brand name, associated logos, and stylistic elements are the property of the platform operator. Their use in any context outside of legitimate player account usage requires explicit written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

leonbet's platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform stability, uptime, and performance, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from interruption, delay, or error. Planned and unplanned maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary platform unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, leonbet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Technical failures, connectivity interruptions, or data transmission errors that occur outside of leonbet's direct infrastructure.
• Losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your account login credentials.
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by the player's payment service provider.
• Any action taken by leonbet in good faith compliance with applicable law or regulatory guidance.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit leonbet's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

In all cases where leonbet is found liable to you, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your leonbet account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the leonbet platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operator is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If you have a dispute with leonbet, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or by emailing support@leonbet. The majority of account issues and disputes can be resolved quickly and informally through direct communication with our support team. We aim to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 7 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. leonbet will provide the details of the applicable mediation process upon written request.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

leonbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes that affect your rights as a player, your financial obligations, or the core rules governing account use — we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms that do not materially change their meaning, or additions required for legal compliance — may take effect immediately upon publication without prior individual notification.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions, including the effective date, is always available on this page at /terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the leonbet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.
